Refunds will not be provided for problems caused by unsupported hardware, operating systems, third-party software, network configuration, antivirus or firewall settings, or other conditions outside our control.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.

If payment is successfully completed but we are unable to provide the purchased product, license, or activation due to an issue on our side, please contact us for assistance.
