Workflow
How a wedding day actually runs
The kit is a website on your PC, not an app store download for guests. Phones only need the same Wi‑Fi as the laptop.
- Install once. Laragon (Apache + MySQL), this studio folder, Python 3.10 for the face API. Activate the licence while you have internet.
- Build the event. Name, couple, PIN, guest QR, optional VIP QR. Upload photographs. The worker indexes faces in the background.
- At the venue. Settings → Local. Confirm the QR is
http://your-LAN-IP[:port]/…. Phones on the same Wi‑Fi open it. Take a selfie still works on http by opening the phone camera. - Guests search. Consent → selfie → matches. They can collage, favourite, or download. They do not see the full album unless they have the VIP link.
- After the function. When you are back on internet, the licence can renew for the next seven days. No guest gallery is hosted on our servers.
What guests never do
No public internet required
Hall Wi‑Fi or a laptop hotspot is enough. The AI runs on 127.0.0.1 on your PC.
No open dropbox of the whole wedding
PIN + share token. Guest QR is “photos of you”. VIP is separate on purpose.
